It initiates an alternate way of thinking which challenges and questions the existential theories and drives them to derive their own theories based on rationalization and innovation.
Teachers play a crucial role in enabling this transformation within children. An encouraging and dependable camaraderie with the students and constructive criticism where required assists them to approach this transformation. A role-model teacher who emits the right attitude to learn, change, adapt and relearn, influences the students in the most exemplary manner.
